Your weekly fees are submitted through the APA Pool League app or Scorekeeper app by 10 AM the day following league play.

(Weekly fee payments not made by 10am the day following league play will result in the loss of Bonus Points noted above).

Non-payment of fees will result in the team being “past due”. An invoice will be sent to the Team Captain for unpaid weekly fees. If the invoice is not paid the day of processing, the team will automatically lose its bonus point(s) for that week and all subsequent weeks, until all fees are paid and up to date.

Captains who fall more than two (2) weeks in arrears will be “flagged” and  removed as Captain until the past dues are paid. 

When making electronic payments please be sure to select the Correct Team and the Correct Week of Play.


Anyone on your roster can make the electronic payment for weekly fees. The player making your team’s online payment must pay the full amount. Partial payments are not accepted. The League office will apply the Weekly Team Fee to the week you select. Please be sure to select the correct team number and the correct week of play!
